RITA FORNINO - PRESIDENT
Rita began her executive search career in 1987. Recruiting exclusively within the healthcare field, she quickly established herself as one of the industry's most successful recruiters.
Her prior tenure with the west coast's largest executive search firm advanced her career into management where she received numerous achievement awards culminating with the firm's most prestigious award, 'Corporate Account Executive of the Year'.
Rita founded the San Francisco branch of Garrison-Randall in 1992, since which time she has managed operations and led the firm's recruitment efforts.
Rita's masters education is in clinical psychology and her Bachelor of Arts Degree is from Franklin and Marshall College.
SHANNON MILLER - VICE PRESIDENT
Shannon joined Garrison-Randall in 2002 as the Executive Assistant to the President and has since held positions of increasing responsibility.
Within a year, Shannon was promoted to Manager of Research and Operations, was subsequently promoted in 2005 to Director of Clinical Recruitment, and currently serves as the Vice President of Research and Recruitment.
Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University and joined Garrison-Randall after a four-year career as an educator. From this experience Shannon learned valuable communication skills that have served her extremely well in developing a strong rapport with clients and candidates.
